jETI

jETI is a framework that aims at easing remote execution of tools, with a major focus on file-based command-line tools. It provides a server application and client libraries that can be used without knowledge of complex remote exeucution technologies, such as web services. The jABC integration of jETI comprises the runtime classes that enable jETI SIBs to be executed or code generated. The server on the other hand is able to generate jETI SIBs from its internal tool definition. See the jETI Project Website for further information. The remote execution protocol as well as the jETI server site are release under the LGPL. See the Free jETI Project Page
